To our Sponsors, Subscribers, and Users:

ATC exists to imagine, develop, and promote the advancement of engineering technologies. More than 10 years ago, ATC imagined and developed a windspeed website that was free to the profession, and over the years expanded it to the multi-hazard site it is today.

With the release of ASCE 7-22, however, ASCE is making their Hazard Tool available for free public access. With the availability of ASCE’s Hazard Tool in the free domain, we feel there is no longer a unique need for the ATC Hazards by Location website, and ATC will be deferring to ASCE for providing free hazard information to the profession.

Beginning with the 2022 edition of ASCE 7, ATC will no longer be updating its Hazards by Location website to support the calculation of design loads for future editions of national codes and standards. In the near term, the existing website and API will remain active and available to users and subscribers for all currently supported codes and standards, but we are not envisioning any future updates at this time.

We appreciate your past interest and sponsorship of the ATC Hazards by Location website.

Thank you,
